Lila Martin
I'm originally from New Bern, NC, and it was there my father introduced me to tools and looking back on the many projects, it started me on a path to fixing and flipping. This is where my passion began in real estate all those years ago.
I was taught by my mother to always be the person with dedication, honesty, integrity, and kindness.
In addition to my passion for real estate, I obtained my bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in business administration.
Over the years, I've fine-tuned my abilities for problem solving with over 20 years of successful experience in sales, negotiations, innovation, communication and management.
Richard and I have one son (Breven) and our dog Dino. Breven recently graduated from Army Basic Training, and he's currently enrolled at Appalachian State University. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends whether at the beach, mountains, or by the pool. I also enjoy working on projects both outside and inside our home.
Richard Hiatt
I'm originally from Mount Airy, NC just outside the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and graduated from Appalachian State University. My career path brought me to the Triangle Area in 2004.
My 21-year career in the Triangle Area has focused on Senior Retirement Living, Development/Fundraising, and Residential Real Estate. My professional career has given me the ability to be successful in major sales negotiations by using effective communication skills and efficient time management.
I enjoy spending time with Lila, Breven, and Dino. I also enjoy cookouts at our home with friends and family along with cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, Durham Bulls, Carolina Mudcats, and Bowling with Breven every chance we get!
